York’s hog — Harley-Davidson — keeps getting slimmer

Just a few years ago, no one employed close to the same number of manufacturing workers in York County as Harley-Davidson. But in 2008, Harley laid off the equivalent of Arm and Hammer's new York County manufacturing workforce.
