Anyone else unhappy on the length of time it takes to get parts from Harley?

I split my exhaust pipe on June 28th, the dealer said the bike would be ready on the 28th of July since they had to order the part from the factory. now I am told it is back-ordered until the 27 August. what are they doing ? Ordering it from China?
